Suzlon Energy shares lost over 8 per cent on Monday, their biggest intra-day percentage loss since August 24, 2015.
The stock closed at Rs 18.60, down Rs 1.70 or 8.37 per cent on the BSE.
The wind turbine maker has posted a net loss of Rs 113 crore ($16.7 mln) for the December quarter, after market hours on Friday.
Revenue fell 62 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,891 crore.
The stock had risen 23 per cent in the past year as of Friday's close, against about 26.5 per cent fall in Thomson Reuters Asia Pacific Renewable Energy Index
