Swaraj Auto, Starcom: Offer-for-sale opens

Shares of Starcom Information Technology and Swaraj Automotives will remain in focus, as their promoters are launching offers-for-sale on Tuesday (for non-retail investors) and Wednesday (for retail investors). Ziaulla Sheriff, promoter of Starcom, proposes to sell up to 86,407 shares and the floor price has been fixed at ₹250 a share. Similarly, b4S Solutions Private Ltd, promoter of Swaraj Automotives, plans to sell 1.27 lakh shares; the floor price for the sale has been fixed at ₹160 a share.
