Shares of Swaraj Automotives (SAL) will remain in focus, as its offer-for-sale to retail investors will close on Wednesday.
b4S Solutions Private Limited, promoter of SAL, plans to sell 10,288 shares, representing 0.43 per cent of the equity capital of the company, on Tuesday (to non-retail investors) and on Wednesday (to retail investors).
The floor price for the offer is ₹160. Non-retail investors, who can only revise their bids on Wednesday, have bid for 70,285 shares.
