Symphony on Monday said that it has surrendered the lease rights of the Surat SEZ unit for a consideration of ₹3.50 crore. The unit did not contribute any amount towards turnover/income/net worth of the company in the last financial year, it said in a disclosure to the exchanges. The company executed the deal on April 5, the notice further said. Shares of Symphony closed 1.64 per cent lower at ₹1,352.35 on the BSE.
