T. Rowe Price Associates has picked up additional 4.58 lakh shares or 0.69 per cent in HSIL Ltd. Following the acquisition, T. Rowe Price’s holding in the company has increased to 5.36 per cent.
The stock was trading 1.7 per cent higher at Rs 126.90 around 11.30 a.m. on the BSE today.
At the end of September 30, 2012, promoters of the containers and packaging major hold 51.57 per cent stake in the company, while FIIs’ stake stood at 20.54 per cent. Domestic institutions and others (including retail investors) hold 2.56 and 25.23 per cent, respectively.
