Shares of Talwalkars Better Value Fitness (TBVFL) will remain in focus at the bourses, as the de-merged entity - Talwalkars Lifestyles (TLL) - would be listed on the bourses on Friday.
To retain the brand value of TBVFL, synonymous with gymnasiums, the name was swapped in such a way that the gym company, i.e resultant company, regained the name of TBVFL, and the lifestyle company named as TLL. Shareholders of TBVFL received one share for every share held in TLL.
