Talwalkars to issue 250 NCDs valuing ₹25 cr

Talwalkars Better Value Fitness has informed the exchanges that its board of directors on Monday approved the allotment of 250 non-convertible debentures of ₹10 lakh each (10 per cent, secured, taxable, redeemable) aggregating to ₹25 crore. The company, however, did not say to whom the debentures were allotted. Shares of Talwalkars edged down 0.55 per cent at ₹261.10 on the NSE.
