What to Watch. Tata Chem stops DAP production for now

Tata Chemicals, after market hours, told the exchanges on Friday, that due to emerging market conditions, beginning June 19, production of complex fertilisers, including di-ammonium phosphate (DAP), will be temporarily suspended at its Haldia plant. It will sell DAP to its customers from inventory on hand and imports. But production of single super phosphate remains unaffected. The stock may react negatively to the development.
