Tata Group likely to invest in Electrosteel Steels

Electrosteel Steels has informed the exchanges that it has received indicative term sheets for investment in the company from Tata Group as well as from a financial investor based in Singapore. Electrosteel Steels said the bankers of the company as well as the company are exploring the proposals of investment. The stock of Electrosteel Steels surged 5.26 per cent to ₹4 on the NSE.
