TV Today in deal with Entertainment Network

TV Today Network has entered into a binding business transfer agreement with Entertainment Network (India) on Friday for sale of its four radio stations in Jodhpur, Amritsar, Patiala and Shimla. The transfer will be effected for a consideration of ₹4 crore, subject to closing net working capital adjustments, the company said in a post-market hours disclosure. Besides, Entertainment Network (India) will have to pay migration fees to the government.
