TVS Electronics has announced that an agreement entered with a mobile phone manufacturer for distribution of its products will be terminated as per terms on July 31. However, by virtue of the agreement providing the warranty and repair management services for their products will continue. However, the company did not mention the phone manufacturer’s name in the disclosure to the stock exchanges.
Shares of TVS Electronics slipped 1 per cent at ₹387.90 on the NSE. Shares of TVS Electronics was last traded on the BSE at ₹390.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5,489 in over 179 trades.
