Lupin emerged the top gainer on both the BSE and the NSE on Thursday. At 3.19 pm the share was trading at Rs 2,112.6 on the NSE as against the previous close at Rs 2,034. This represented a gain of 3.86 per cent.
UltraTech Cement rallied further to build gains of 3.84 per cent at Rs 2,776 against Rs 2,673.4 at close on Wednesday.
Sun Pharma Industries held steady to keep gains of 2.55 per cent at Rs 890.55 against Rs 868.40 at close yesterday.
Adani Ports was trading at Rs 306.25 against Rs 299 at close yesterday. This was a gain of 2.42 per cent.
TCS was trading at Rs 2,645.3. This represented a gain of 2.21 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 2,588.05.
