Vesuvius India plans to delist its shares from the BSE. However, the company’s stock will continue to trade on the NSE, the company, after market hours, said in a statement to the exchanges. The stock may remain in focus on the bourses, as the delisting on one exchange will end the arbitrage opportunity for traders, who benefit from the price differential at the exchanges. Traders will track the development closely.
