Shares of V-Guard Industries and ABM International will turn ex-bonus on Wednesday. The former is rewarding its shareholders with two bonus shares for every five shares held in the company, while the latter gives five shares for every one share held. As these companies had fixed March 16 as the record date, investors wishing to get the bonus shares need to buy those companies' shares by Tuesday. Shares of V-Guard fell on Friday while those of ABM rose 5 per cent on the NSE.
