Vinati Organics has informed the exchanges that it has entered into a long-term tripartite agreement with US and Japan-based chemical companies for supply of a customised product. As a result of this development, the company expects its turnover to increase by ₹45 crore in financial year 2016-17. For fiscal 2014-15, it reported revenues of ₹771.73 crore. For the first two quarters of the current fiscal, its revenues stood at ₹163.38 crore and ₹162.90 crore, respectively. Shares of Vinati Organics edged down 0.8 per cent at ₹380.5 on the BSE.
