Vinati Organics’ results, buyback terms eyed

The board of directors of Vinati Organics will meet on Friday to consider the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2017. The board will also consider a proposal for buyback of the company’s equity shares and constitution of a buyback committee. Investors will closely monitor the buyback price, mode of purchase (open market or through tender route) and issue size, if the proposal gets the green signal from its board of directors.
