The board of Visagar Polytex will meet on Wednesday to consider issuance of bonus equity shares and for increase in the authorised share capital of the company, if required, consequent to the bonus issue. The board will also adopt unaudited financial results for October-December quarter. Investors and traders will keep a close tab on the bonus announcement, particularly with respect to ratio.
