The board of Vivimed Labs will meet on Monday to consider sub-division of its equity shares of face value ₹10 each into shares with lower face value. Traders and shareholders would be keen to know the ratio, as the stock has rallied to a high of ₹483 on Friday from ₹175 on June 2015. It currently hovers at around ₹475. Retail shareholders control 10.20 per cent stake in Vivimed. A stock split infuses liquidity into a stock, as it trades in a more affordable price range.
