TTK Prestige has informed the exchanges that it has signed an agreement to acquire a business in the UK. Towards this, the company has formed a subsidiary TTK British Holdings, which entered into a pact for acquisition of branded kitchenware business Target. The company did not disclose the financial details of the acquisition in the UK. According to TTK Prestige, this business offers potential long-term global presence for the company in the UK and Europe.
