Automobile and auto-ancillary companies such as Ashok Leyland, Maharashtra Scooters, Apollo Tyres and Motherson Sumi will declare their quarterly and annual numbers for the period ended March 2015 on Tuesday. Greater focus will be on Ashok Leyland, which is expected to show better earnings. Analysts see almost three- to six-fold increase in its net profit sequentially, on strong volume growth due to a surge in sales of medium and heavy commercial vehicles.
