Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a license agreement for a 70-room property located near BKC, Mumbai, under the 'Lemon Tree Hotel' brand.
The hotel is expected to be operational by June 2019. Carnation Hotel Private Ltd, the hotel management arm, will operate and market the hotel.
This will be in addition to the two other upcoming hotels in Mumbai with a combined inventory of about 1,000 rooms. Investors in Lemon Tree will closely monitor the development.
