What to Watch. Will Hilltop buy lift Bigbloc sentiment?

The board of directors of Bigbloc Construction on Friday approved the acquisition of Hilltop Concrete Private Ltd as a wholly-owned subsidiary for ₹20 crore. The company is expected to finish the deal in two months. Hilltop Concrete, with AAC block plant production capacity of two lakh cubic meters per annum, had registered a turnover of ₹2.79 crore for the period ended March 2017. Shareholders of Bigbloc Construction will monitor the development closely.
