The board of 5Paisa will also consider plans to raise funds through non-convertible debentures. Onelife Capital Advisors, an investment advisory company, will also announce its results on Tuesday. On Saturday, ICICI Securities had posted a net profit growth of 91 per cent y-o-y for the March quarter at ₹158.60 crore.
