Shares of Dena Bank will remain in focus on funds infusion from LIC.
Shareholders of Dena Bank on March 23 gave approval to raise ₹64.86 crore through preferential allotment of 2.168 crore shares to the insurance major.
The shares will be allotted at a price of ₹29.92 a share.
At the end of December 31, LIC had held 11.63 per cent stake in Dena Bank.
Investors and traders will keep a close watch on the development.
