The board of Manpasand Beverages will meet on Wednesday to consider and approve audited financial results along with audited report for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2018.
It will also consider and recommend a dividend, if any. Investors await clarity from the company after its auditor Deloitte in May had resigned, stating that the management failed to share “significant information” requested for the purpose of auditing of its financial results.
