Shares of ABG Shipyard will remain in focus as it clarified to the exchanges that Privinvest Holding has evinced interest for a strategic investment in the company. Privinvest is a major player in global naval, commercial vessels and the super yacht industry. The level of talks is not at the stage which has to be announced to the exchanges, it said. Earlier in June too, the company had said it was in talks with Privinvest for a stake sale.
