Will strategic investor anchor ABG Shipyard?

The board of ABG Shipyard will meet on Friday to discuss induction of a strategic investor/partner. The board will also discuss authorising a monitoring institution on behalf of the CDR lenders to appoint an investment banker to identify a strategic investor/partner. Promoters hold 38.57 per cent in the firm, while institutions and non-institutions 10.67 per cent and 50.76 per cent, respectively. All eyes will be on the strategic investor.
