Wipro held on to its firm sentiment on the markets in late trading on the BSE on Monday. At 3.30 pm it was trading at Rs 584, up 5.18 per cent on last week’s close at Rs 555.25.
GAIL (India) also held on to its morning gains in late session. It was trading at Rs 441.60, up 4.02 per cent on its previous week close at Rs 424.55.
BHEL steamed up 2.99 per cent at Rs 282.25. The share had closed Friday’s session at Rs 274.05.
Axis Bank traded up 2.67 per cent at Rs 528.65 as against its previous close at Rs 514.90.
Bharti Airtel gained 2.55 per cent at Rs 351.30 as against Rs 342.55 at close last week.
