IT stocks TCS, Wipro and Infosys remained among the top gainers on the NSE near the close on Thursday.
At 2.35 pm TCS was quoting at ₹2,111.35 as against ₹2,039.40 at close yesterday, representing a gain of 3.53 per cent.
Wipro gained 1.98 per cent to trade at ₹555.90 as against ₹545.10 at close on Wednesday.
Infosys held gains of 1.28 per cent at ₹3,313.55 as against ₹3,271.75 at close yesterday.
Hind Unilever edged down to hold gains of 1.41 per cent at ₹569.50 as against ₹561.60 at close overnight.
Sun Pharma shed some of its gains to trade at ₹591.90, up 1.13 per cent on its previous close of ₹585.30.
