Xchanging delisting offer opens today

The delisting offer to the shareholders of Xchanging Solutions from CSC Computer Sciences International Operations along with others will begin on Friday. They plan to mop up 2.785 crore shares and has fixed ₹39.23 a share as the floor price. The offer, which closes on August 25, follows the change in management at the global level (Xchanging Plc). The company will announce the discovered/exit price on September 1. In case the delisting fails to sail through, it will launch an open offer in October.
