What to Watch. Xchanging Solutions: Open offer kicks off

The open offer to public shareholders of Xchanging Solutions at ₹55.22 a share will open on Friday and close on May 31. The offer was mandatory after its US parent Computer Sciences Corporation merged with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, which subsequently spun off the enterprise business into DXC Technology Company. The acquirers have made the offer to buy 2.36 crore shares, representing 21.23 per cent of the voting share capital of Xchanging Solutions.
