YES Bank maintained its firm undertone to surge 7 per cent in late trading on the NSE on Tuesday. At 3.09 pm the share was trading at Rs 696.20 against Rs 650.70 at close on Monday.
GAIL also extended its morning rally to quote at Rs 294.75. This represented a gain of 6.75 per cent on its previous close at Rs 276.10.
Tata Steel vaulted 6 per cent to trade at Rs 228.8 against Rs 215.85 at close last evening.
Axis Bank traded up 5.37 per cent to quote at Rs 474 against Rs 449.85 at close yesterday.
BHEL steamed up 5.35 per cent to trade at Rs 211.55 against Rs 200.8 at close yesterday.
