Zee Learn has informed the exchanges that its ESOP allotment sub-committee on Monday approved allotment of 1,22,289 equity shares under the ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme. It alloted 2,100 equity shares of ₹1 each at an exercise price of ₹14.50 a share, 40,439 shares at ₹20.85, 25,000 shares at ₹27.55 and 54,750 shares at ₹35.25 a share. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the company has increased to ₹32.04 crore from ₹32.03 crore. The stock of Zee Learn moved down 0.37 per cent to ₹40.85 on the NSE.
