Shares of Tata Motors and Tata Motors DVR touched a new 52-week high today despite the company’s domestic sales in October suffering a sharp decline compared to the same month last year.
The decline was in both commercial and passenger vehicle segments, reflecting the difficult phase the economy is going through.
Tata Motors shares touched a new yearly high of Rs 400.95 and were trading at Rs 400.05, a gain of Rs 9.05 on the NSE with a strong trading volume of 62.07 lakh shares.
Tata Motors DVR touched a 52-week high of Rs 210.50 before easing to Rs 209.10, a gain of Rs 3.10 on the NSE.
