Ybrant Digital, a digital media company, has announced its listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company gained 7.65 per cent to Rs 94.95 on Tuesday.
The privately held company bought LGS Global that was listed on the bourse. Consequent to the acquisition, the Hyderabad-based Ybrant approached relevant statutory bodies to take permission for the listing.
“Ybrant Digital begins the trading of the stock `YBRANTDIGI', Mr Suresh Reddy, Chairman and Managing Director of Ybrant Digital, said here in a press release on Tuesday.
The combined consolidated provisional revenues are put at Rs 1,320 crore and the profit after tax at Rs 190 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2012.
