The overall business of Catholic Syrian Bank Ltd, in the first quarter of the current fiscal, increased to Rs 18,724 crore, posting a growth of 23 per cent.
Deposits increased 22.52 per cent at Rs 10,979 crore (Rs 8,960.99 crore) and advances were at Rs 7,744.15 crore (Rs 6,236.63 crore).
Net profit increased to Rs 4.27 crore (Rs 1.50 crore), while net NPA decreased 35.06 per cent at Rs 72.52 crore(Rs 111.67 crore), according to a press release.
