The country’s second largest private sector lender HDFC Bank on Thursday re-appointed C. M. Vasudev as Non-Executive Chairman of the bank for two years up to August 26, 2015, the bank informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. The re-appointment will be subject to the approval of the RBIand the shareholders of the bank.
