Indian Bank's shareholder-directors

Indian Bank has informed the BSE that it has received nominations from three candidates to contest for election as shareholder-directors on the board of the bank. This was in response to the bank's notice dated May 20, 2011, for the annual general meeting to be held next week. The nominations of Mr Chintaman Mahadeo Dixit and Mr Narendra Kumar Agarwal were found to be valid for two shareholder-director vacancies.
