Liquidator for First Leasing

First Leasing Company of India Ltd has informed the BSE that the Madras High Court had allowed a petition filed by ICICI Bank in the matter of First Leasing’s petition for winding up. It has also appointed the Official Liquidator as Provisional Liquidator. Earlier, ICICI Bank had filed an application for such an appointment. The matter had come up for hearing on July 31, 2014.
