Andhra Bank has launched a Retail Loan Express Project for speedy processing and disbursal of housing loans. B.A. Prabhakar, Chairman and Managing Director of Andhra Bank, formally launched the project here on Monday as part of the ‘Navashakti’ initiative with an aim to give a boost to retail portfolio.
Andhra Bank has formed an exclusive team for sale and service of housing loans. It has also unveiled an internally developed lead management system, which tracks customer requirements and resolves issues in sanctioning of loans, according to a release.
