Bajaj Finserv proposes to convert its subsidiary Bajaj Finance Ltd into a bank as per the Reserve Bank of India’s February 2013 guidelines.
The financial services firm applied to the RBI for a banking licence on Wednesday, June 26, said an exchange filing from the company.
