Bank of Maharashtra has launched “Maha Seva”, a 24x7 single point contact to provide all information on the products and services of the bank.
The info centre at Pune was inaugurated by Mr A. S. Bhattacharya, Chairman and Managing Director of the Bank on September 28. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Bhattacharya said through Maha Seva, account-related grievances also can be referred, which will be quickly resolved. The customers or the public can call on the all-India toll free number ‘1800 233 4526' to reach the Maha Seva centre. The centre has interactive voice response facility linked to the system to provide account information, current balance, last five transactions, cheque enquiry, etc to name a few services through the phone banking facility to those customers registered, without manual intervention. The IVR facility shall also provide information on FX rates for selected currencies.
