Micro-lender Bharat Financial Inclusion, formerly SKS Microfinance, said collection efficiency on its loans in last two weeks post-demonetisation was 97 per cent. In a presentationto the Bombay Stock Exchange, the micro-lender said its collections had shown complete recovery after initial adverse impact of demonetisation. While the collections dropped to 10 per cent on November 11, they peaked at 159 per cent on November 18 and stabilised at 102 per cent by November 25. Bharat Financial, which follows a weekly collection model, has collected ₹617 crore of the ₹690 crore due over November 11-25, accouting for 89 per cent of the overall dues.
