Bank of Baroda (BoB) on Friday announced that it has sealed a Principal Sponsorship contract with badminton Olympians P.V.Sindhu and K Srikanth.
The three-year deal with the two players was agreed (in-principle) before they represented and made India proud on the international stage at the Rio Olympics.
"Both P.V. Sindhu and K Srikanth today are household names because of their glorious achievements. The bank is very excited to have both on board and looks forward to a strong bonding and fruitful association in the years to come," Mayank Mehta, Executive Director, BoB, said in a statement here.
The association is a commitment by the bank to promote sports and young sporting talent in the country and would go a long way in inspiring future generations in the field of sports, the statement added.
