Public sector lender Dena Bank hosted a customers’ meet on October 1 at Sir Sorabji Pochkhanawala Bankers Training College (SPBT) College auditorium in Mumbai to enhance customer engagement through better services to them.
The meet was organised to create awareness on the code of the bank’s commitment to its customers. Largely Maharashtra and Gujarat-dominated, Dena Bank has nearly 15,000 employees serving customers through 1,500 branches across the country.
The customer meet identified various ways and means to improve the bank’s customer services across various segments of the society. It was attended by C Mahajan, Chairman, Banking Codes and Standards Board of India and among Dena bank officials, Executive Directors – Ashok Kumar Dutt and Trishna Guha, Field General Manager (Maharashtra Operations) R.K. Gupta and General Manager D.K Dua were present at the meet.
