Future Generali India Insurance is expecting a 50 per cent growth in retail health insurance, said KG Krishnamoorthy Rao, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
On Wednesday, the company launched a comprehensive health insurance product, ‘Health Total’, which, apart from providing a vanilla hospitalisation cover, also offers restoration benefits, 50 per cent cumulative bonus for every claim-free year, out-patient department cover, vaccination expenses, treatment taken abroad for certain conditions and maternity cover with shorter waiting periods, among others.
