Future Generali launches new customer portal

Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Ltd has launched a new customer portal with the objective of providing a superior digital customer experience.

"The core focus of this portal is to provide convenience to our customers and offer them a simpler, intuitive and faster experience,'' said the company.

The company said in a release that the portal offers latest features which give the customer a snapshot of all their existing policies through a dashboard.

Customers can also update personal information, contact details, change nominee, update PAN card or address, get a copy of their policy and medical assessment documents and much more. All this is presented in a visually appealing and graphical manner.

Pradeep Pandey, Chief Marketing Officer, Future Generali Life Insurance, said, “It has been our endeavour to adopt technology and have a clear digital roadmap in order to provide a superior customer experience at multiple touch points. We truly believe in giving easy access to our customers and putting control of the policy in their hands through efficient and effective use of technology. Launching the new portal is another step in that direction.”
