Though stress in Euro area has eased, risks remain, according to the RBI Deputy Governor, Dr Subir Gokarn.
Speaking at an event organised by the CII Southern Council in the city, he added that global conditions are likely to be challenging for some time to come.
Domestic growth-inflation balance stabilising, but risks remain on both fronts. Financial and external pressures are strongly influencing the policy environment, Dr Gokarn said.
"Outlook for 2012-13 is that we are expecting a mild recovery in growth. Expecting 7.5 per cent growth this year," he said.
