HDFC Bank Limited acting through GIFT City IFSC Banking Unit has completed the issue of $750 million senior unsecured bonds.
The coupon/interest offered on the three-year bonds is 5.686 per cent, per a regulatory filing by India’s largest private sector bank. The proceeds will be used for banking activities.
The Notes will be listed on the India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited.
