Human resources are great assets in transformation of work culture to realize the set goals in any organisation, according to SR Bansal, Chairman and Managing Director of Corporation Bank.
A press release by the bank said here on Friday that Bansal, who interacted with 46 newly recruited probationary officers of the bank at National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM) in Pune, advised them to demonstrate their strength and ability to become game changers in the present dynamic competitive market.
He encouraged them to use their inherent potential for better customer service in the bank and to strengthen communication across the organization.
Corporation Bank organized a two-week induction programme for its probationary officers at NIBM in Pune, the release added.
